With the re-opening of Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam in 2012, the sculpture Sight Point (1972) by Richard Serra was moved to a new permanent location near the entrance of the new museum wing. Serra's large geometric steel sculptures challenge visitors to look at the urban landscape in a fresh way; they invite to walk between the heavy plates, both literally and figuratively speaking.

What does the public think about the sculpture's spot near 'the Bathtub'? And what does curator Bart Rutten say about the work's importance? We also hear Serra himself, while he supervises the sculpture's spectacular move.
