In anticipation of the museum opening, The Broad is holding talks featuring cultural leaders and artists whose work in The Broad collections explores contemporary and controversial themes like politics, society, race and identity. This talk, held at the Ramon C. Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts in downtown Los Angeles, features Los Angeles artist Mark Bradford in conversation with Katy Siegel, professor and chief curator of the Hunter College Galleries in New York.
