This time-lapse video records the overnight installation of Luis Camnitzer’s A Museum is a School (2011– ) on the façade of Museo Jumex in Mexico City. Camnitzer’s project is featured in Under the Same Sun: Art from Latin America Today, an exhibition organized by Pablo León de la Barra, Guggenheim UBS MAP Curator, Latin America. It has been acquired for the Guggenheim’s collection as a gift of the artist in honor of Simón Rodriguez on the occasion of the Guggenheim UBS MAP Global Art Initiative.
