Amazon.com provides a whole suite of tools that allow developers with shallow pockets to serve content. We only pay for what we use!

Wowza Media Systems has created a flash video server that we can use to deliver videos to end users. Best of all, they have an option of running their server from Amazon's Web Services. Again, this allows us to only pay for what we use.
